Bio: John Adam joined the Coaches Ministry in March of 2007 as an associate under then-director Rod Olson. In September of 2009 he took over as Director of Coaches Ministry for the state of Colorado. His duties include initiating and facilitating weekly Legacy Builder coaches groups, one on one discipleship meetings, and speaking to various coaches and parents groups.
Adam is entering his 20th year of coaching basketball and has been the head coach at Lutheran Parker High School the past nine years. He spent 11 years in the corporate world before coming on staff with FCA. He is a graduate of Metropolitan State College (Marketing, 1992) and Denver Lutheran High School (1988).
He has been married to Karen for 13 years and the couple has one son, Mark, who is nine. The family resides in the Southwest Denver area. When he’s not coaching Adam enjoys fishing, golf and woodworking.
